茨城県日立市生まれ。東京藝術大学卒業。作曲を佐藤眞，宍戸睦郎ら各氏に師事。以後主に茨城県水戸市を中心に活動。1995年，現代音楽を水戸から発信する作曲家と演奏家のグループ“水現21”の立ち上げより参加，今日まで継続的に作品を発表。公開演奏会への出品は，同声会茨城支部第16回，21回，42回，46回演奏会，吉田美菜子筝ソロコンサート，水現21第1回～第18回演奏会，等。
BIOGRAPHY
Born in Hitachi City, Ibaraki Prefecture. Graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts. Studied composition under Shin Sato, Mutsuo Shishido, and others. In 1995, joined “Suigen 21,” a group of composers and performers that promotes contemporary music from Mito City, Ibaraki Prefecture, and has been presenting works continuously since then. Has participated in many public concerts, including the 16th, 21st, 42nd, and 46th concerts of the Ibaraki branch of the Doseikai, the Minako Yoshida Koto Solo Concert, and the 1st through 18th concerts of Suigen 21.
